Week 6 Blog

 

Monday 01JUL2024:

I was tasked with conducting data analysis of the retinotopic mapping data Romain had gathered as well as optimizing the code used for cutting the tungsten wires. I spent most of the day trying to figure out how to do the analysis with no success.

Tuesday 02JUL2024:

A continuation of Monday in which most of my time was spent trying to do the analysis. I did finally manage to get the data analyzed. Although since the laser was booked for the rest of the day, I needed to work on the code at home.

Wednesday 03JUL2024:

On Wednesday, I focused solely on testing and modifying the code to make it more efficient. I was able to run 15 tests by the end of the day, with a promising result of a potentially more efficient set of parameters. I was able to head home at the end of the day feeling optimistic for the following week after the holiday.
